Ml Hotel - Chiayi City

I had a frustrating experience with the evening staff. They charged me for extra towels and brushed off my complaint about the running toilet, saying it's a design flaw. I felt completely ignored;

I had a great stay! The room was super spacious and clean, plus the comfy bed made for some solid sleep. The location is perfect - just a short, easy walk to Wenhua Night Market where you can indulge in delicious local street food. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which added to the overall positive vibe of my trip!

I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast options nearby since most places open late. the chairs showed some wear and tear, which was a bit off-putting. Oh, and the evening staff could’ve been friendlier, but thankfully that didn’t ruin my experience!

The room was incredibly clean and functional, providing all the amenities I needed. The internet worked seamlessly, allowing me to stay connected. The individually prepared breakfast was a delightful treat, offering a variety of tasty options. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic for our New Year's stay. We were right in the heart of the action with plenty of food options and shopping nearby. The staff was very helpful and helped us to book transportation for our day trips. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the complimentary cold water refills that helped us reduce our plastic usage.

The communication barrier with the staff, which made it difficult to get recommendations or ask questions about the area. the area around the hotel was a bit dirty with rats seen on the streets, a downside of being located near the night market.

The room offered two free bottles of water and instant coffee packs. the location was convenient since there were plenty of food options around. Plus, it was within walking distance of the night market.

The hotel is quite far from the train station , a good 10, minute walk. Unfortunately, there is no real sidewalk for pedestrians, so walking to the hotel with luggage was difficult and unsafe.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with the night market just steps away and a famous beef internal organs soup shop within a short walk in the morning. The hotel had brand new facilities and the rooms were larger than other hotels I stayed in Taiwan. The bed was very comfortable with Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The shower was great and the room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bustling night market where you can find plenty of dining options and it's a short walk to the morning market for breakfast. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and efficient, making check-in and housekeeping a breeze. Plus, they offer free cold water refills and have parking available for those who need it.

The sound insulation in the rooms is not great, which can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. You may hear noises from neighboring rooms and people talking in the hallways.
